Contact Us

The easiest way to reach the editors of Visit-Thailand.org is by e-mail: info@visit-thailand.org.

We read every message. We usually answer within a few days, but please understand that we cannot always reply to every question in detail.

What we would love to hear about

• Corrections: a price that has changed, a ferry that no longer runs, a rule that is out of date. Please include the page address and, if you can, a link to the official source.
• Photos: if you believe a photo is credited incorrectly or used without permission, tell us which page and which photo, and we will look at it straight away.
• Ideas: questions you could not find an answer to on the site.

What we cannot help with

We are a small editorial team, not a travel agency or an official service. We cannot book trips, hotels or transport, process visas, give individual legal, medical or tax advice, or intervene with Thai authorities. For visa questions, contact the Thai Immigration Bureau or the Thai embassy or consulate in your country. In an emergency in Thailand, call the Tourist Police on 1155 or the ambulance service on 1669.
